6 small zucchini (about 500 g)
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
juice of 1 lemon

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

  • 1 Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water.
  • 2 While spaghetti is cooking, thinly slice onion and zucchini.
  • 3 In a wide pan, fry onion in hot oil until translucent. Add zucchini and fry together while stirring.
  • 4 Add crushed garlic, lemon juice and Vegeta Natur. Add in the drained spaghetti.

Advice

The dish will have a special aroma if you sprinkle it with toasted pine nuts.

Serving

Remove from heat, and serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
