You can break up lasagne noodles before putting them in the meat sauce, or you can use broad egg noodles instead.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
200 g onion
500 g ground meat
2 teaspoons Vegeta Natur universal
3 cloves garlic
100 ml water
tin Podravka Pelati tomatoes (400 g)
1 teaspoon Vegeta Maestro oregano
250 g mozzarella
60 g parmesan
6 lasagne noodles
½ teaspoon Vegeta Maestro ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon Vegeta Maestro nutmeg

  • 1 In a wide pan, fry finely chopped onion in hot oil. Add meat, sprinkle with Vegeta Natur universal and fry until meat is golden.
  • 2 Dip lasagne noodles into the meat sauce, cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.

Serving

Serve immediately with a green salad.
