Salad components can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge, and combined before serving with dressing.

Ingredients

200 g Zlato Polje egg pasta (pipe rigate or elbow macaroni)
salt
300 g cleaned shrimp tails
150 g cherry tomatoes
100 g Spanish onions
1 green pepper
60 g Podravka green pitted olives
100 ml olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Vegeta Natur for salad
100 g cottage cheese
1 avocado

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

Simple 4 Persons 25 min

  • 1 Cook pasta in salted water and drain, and rinse under cold water.
  • 2 Fry shrimp tails in a little oil in a pan.
  • 3 Add pasta to shrimp. Add halved cherry tomatoes, sliced onions, cubed green peppers and sliced olives.
  • 4 Prepare dressing from olive oil, apple cider vinegar and Vegeta Natur for salad. Pour over salad and stir well.
  • 5 Add slice and cubed avocado and cottage cheese.

Serving

Serve immediately as a meal or snack.
