Horseradish sauce:
150 g horseradish
300 ml beef soup
200 g apples

50 ml apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

Simple 4 Persons 60 min

  • 1 Place Vegeta Natur vegetable bouillon cube in hot water with beef and bring to the boil. Lower heat and cook until meat is tender.
  • 2 Peel horseradish and grate. Add in the broth from the soup. Add grated apples, salt, vinegar and sugar, and cook briefly.

Serving

Serve with boiled beef and corn bread.
