Cook salmon skin side down. You can also serve salmon with cooked vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots).

4 salmon fillets (about 800 g)

4 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic

  • 1 Mix together honey, lemon juice, Vegeta Natur universal and mild paprika.
  • 2 Clean and wash salmon, rub in two teaspoons of Vegeta Nature universal and fry in two tablespoons of hot oil until golden.
  • 3 Turn fillets over, add remaining oil, chopped garlic and pepper, and fry briefly
  • 4 Remove salmon, and add honey mixture to pan with lemon slices.
  • 5 Cook sauce briefly.

Serving

Pour prepared sauce over baked salmon and serve with cooked rice and salad.
