Ingredients
- 1,5 kg turkey breast
- 3 tblsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 onions, quartered
- 2 apples, quartered
- ½ cup apple juice
- 2 tblsp apple veniger
- 2 tblsp mustard
- ½ tsp rosemary
- 1 tblsp Vegeta Gourmet stock powder

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

- 1 Preheat oven to 180°C.
- 2 Season turkey breast with Vegeta Gourmet stock powder, black pepper and rosemary.
- 3 Pour olive oil in the baking dish and place in the turkey, onions and apples.
- 4 In a bowl mix apple juice, apple veniger and mustard and pour over the turkey.
- 5 Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- 6 Uncover and pour the juices over meat and bake for another 20 minutes.
Advice
Use skinless turkey breast.
