4 fillets of white fish (hake, sea bass), about 600 g

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

Simple 4 Persons20 min

  • 1 Sprinkle fish fillets with Vegeta Natur for fish.
  • 2 Cut baking paper into 4 squares, each 40 x 40 cm and baste with olive oil.
  • 3 Place prepared fish fillet on paper, and placed sliced lemons and halved cherry tomatoes on fish. Drizzle with olive oil and bring edges of paper together to close the packet.
  • 4 Repeat to make four packets.
  • 5 Place prepared packets onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 220°C.

Advice

You can also sprinkle the fish with a little white wine before closing the paper packets.

Serving

Serve fish with boiled potatoes sprinkled with chopped parsley and drizzled with olive oil.
