- 1 Place chicken in a deeper pan. Pour in the milk and let stand for an hour.
- 2 When removing the chicken from the milk, pat dry with paper towel.
- 3 Combine Vegeta Chicken Stock Powder with flour and coat the chicken with the mixture.
- 4 Cook in hot oil, ensuring that the pieces are cooked, all sides equally.
- 5 Place in the preheated oven and cook for 35-40 minutes at 180-200°C.
