Ingredients
- 400 g chicken fillets, cubed
- 180 g butter
- 1 tablespoon Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cajun pepper
- 3-4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon powdered ginger
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

- 1 Cook the chicken in 30 g of butter.
- 2 Sprinkle with Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder, Cajun pepper, garlic and stew continually adding small amounts of water, until the meat softens.
- 3 Let the meat cool and then chop into a mince in the food processor. Combine with the remainder of the butter and stir through.
- 4 Add in lemon juice, turmeric, ginger and parsley.
