Spaghetti, Mediterranean sauce, squid, shrimp and mussels are soon going to turn into elegant seafood ribbons.

Ingredients

4 spoons SMS extra virgin olive oil
80 g onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 Podravka peeled tomatoes (800 g)
100 ml white wine
2 tablespoons of sugar
200 g squids
200 g shrimps
200 g mussels (frozen)
1 spoon chopped basil
300 g Podravka Spaghetti
1 spoon Vegeta

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

  • 1 On heated oil fry chopped onions, add garlic, crushed peeled tomatoes, wine, sugar and a spoon of Vegeta and sauté for 10 minutes.
  • 2 Stir in squid rings, shrimps and mussels and keep sautéing for another 10-15 minutes.
  • 3 Pour the sauce over cooked pasta, sprinkle it with chopped basil and serve.

Advice

If you want the pasta to blend better with the sauce, add it to the sauce before it is completely done along with a bit of liquid it was cooking in.
