Instead of chicken breast, you can prepare this dish with legs or thighs, or a whole chopped chicken.

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts (skin on)
½ packet Vegeta Natur for chicken (15 g)
4 tablespoons olive oil
Vegeta Maestro chopped rosemary

Side dish:
1 kg new potatoes (small)
120 g Podravka bacon
20 g butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
250 g Podravka frozen baby peas
¼ teaspoon Vegeta Maestro chopped basil
salt
Vegeta Maestro black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

Simple 4 Persons 45 min

  • 1 Sprinkle chicken breast with Vegeta Natur for chicken and add oil. Marinate about 10 minutes, and then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • 2 Sprinkle with a little rosemary and bake about 30 minutes at 200°C until skin is crispy.
  • 3 Peel new potatoes, if potatoes are larger, cut into smaller pieces.
  • 4 Fry bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove from pan, and add butter and olive oil to pan. Once heated, add potatoes and fry until golden.
  • 5 Add peas, basil, salt, pepper and a little water. Cover and sauté about 15 minutes, until vegetables are softened.
  • 6 When done, sprinkle with bacon bits and chopped parsley.

Serving

Serve juicy chicken with aromatic vegetables.
