If you feel creative today, reach for some maple syrup and create an interesting combination of juicy pork ribs, tri-colour rice and Vegeta grill marinade.

Ingredients

1,2 kg pork ribs
1 Vegeta Grill BBQ marinade 100 g
2 tbsp oil
50 ml maple syrup
Serve with:
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
4 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic
Salt
Podravka black pepper crushed
250 g Podravka Three-Colour rice

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

  • 1 Cut the pork ribs into chunks. Pour Vegeta Grill BBQ marinade over the ribs and leave them to marinate.
  • 2 Arrange the marinated ribs in a greased roasting tin and bake in the oven preheated to 180 °C for about 30 minutes. Drizzle over with maple syrup and continue to bake for about 20 minutes or until done.
  • 3 Dice the bell peppers and fry in a frying pan with a little oil. When done, add minced garlic, salt and pepper.
  • 4 Cook the rice in salted water until done, drain, and stir in the fried peppers and garlic.

Advice

Choose thin ribs without much fat. You want a large surface to marinate and soak in all the juices during cooking for extra juicy and aromatic roast ribs.

Serving

Serve these roasted pork ribs with rice.
