Ingredients

1 kg new potatoes (larger)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Vegeta Natur for crispy potatoes (15 g)
250 g creamy cheese (like ricotta)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon Vegeta Maestro chives
salt

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

  • 1 Wash potatoes well, slice in half lengthwise and dry.
  • 2 Place potatoes cut side up on a larger baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle with oil.
  • 3 Bake at 220°C about 1 hour, until golden.
  • 4 Once baked, sprinkle potatoes with Vegeta Natur for crispy potatoes and stir to coat with seasoning.
  • 5 Let potatoes stand a while. During that time, mix together cheese, lemon juice, crushed garlic, chives and a little salt. Stir well.

Advice

You can also add some chilli powder to the cheese topping.

Serving

Place one teaspoon of the cheese mixture onto each potato and serve.
