You can add other vegetables such as cucumber, radishes etc. The best salads are made with fresh ingredients of the season. By adding whey cheese or ricotta cheese you have added high-quality protein to a light tossed salad. If sheep- or cow-milk whey cheese is not available, ricotta cheese makes a perfect substitute.

Ingredients

250 g iceberg lettuce leaves
50 g rocket leaves
50 g corn salad
100 g cherry tomatoes
150 g whey cheese
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Vegeta No MSG Salad
2-3 tbsp vinegar (or lemon juice)

  • 1 Trim, wash and slice the iceberg lettuce. Add washed rocket and corn salad leaves and sliced cherry tomatoes.
  • 2 Dice the whey cheese and add to the salad bowl.
  • 3 To make the dressing, combine olive oil, Vegeta No MSG Salad and vinegar.
  • 4 Add the dressing and toss the salad just before serving.
