When the meat for the patty is done, you can wrap it in clear foil and let it sit for an hour for better flavour.

400 g ground beef belly
1 tbsp Vegeta
3 tbsp olive oil
12 slices of pancetta cut lengthwise
4 buns
4 slices of cheddar
50 g mayonnaise
salt
ground black pepper

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

  • 1 Put the ground veal, ground beef and Vegeta in a bowl and mix thoroughly by hand. Make four fairly thick patties from the mixture (about 3 cm thick) and let them sit for about 30 minutes. Smear the patties with olive oil and grill for about four minutes on each side. Slightly grill the sliced pancetta as well.
  • 2 Put the meat in the buns and then place the cheese on top of the meat.
  • 3 Put 3 slices of grilled pancetta in each bun and cover with the top part of the bun smeared with mayonnaise.

Serving

Serve with fries.
