Sprinkle Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder over chicken pieces. Put polenta in a plastic bag and coat chicken pieces few at a time. Heat up the oil in a baking dish and arrange in chicken pieces in a dish.

Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.

After 20 minutes turn the chicken pieces over and cook for another 10 minutes or until cooked.
