Heat up the oil in a deeper pan, or a wok.

Mix the chicken strips with corn flour and cook in hot oil.

When the chicken begins to golden in colour, it is ready to be removed from the pan. Then using the same oil, cook the mushrooms, for about a minute or so.

To the cooked mushrooms add cooked meat, garlic, ginger, Vegeta Chicken Stock Powder, wine, soy sauce and mix well. Just before finishing the recipe, add in sesame oil.
