  • 1 Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  • 2 Bring water to boil, salt and cook the potatoes.
  • 3 In a large bowl or saucepan, arrange chicken drumsticks seasoned with paprika and mix to combine.
  • 4 Add onion and red capsicum, potatoes and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle 1 spoonful of Vegeta chicken stock and mix with a wooden spoon to combine.
  • 5 Transfer to a roasting pan or casserole dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • 6 Top with chopped tomatoes and black olives, return to the oven and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
