If you love meaty dishes, you can also add slices of sausage to the eggs. If you have a frying pan that can go into the oven, you can bake the frittata in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180°C. If you are preparing the frittata in a pan, be sure to use a lava pan or a thick-bottomed pan.

2 zucchini
6 cherry tomatoes
120 g mozzarella
8 eggs
1 teaspoon Vegeta Natur
50 g Grana Padano parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

Simple 4 Persons 20 min

  • 1 Slice zucchini lengthwise into long slices, lightly salt and let stand. Slice tomatoes in half, and mozzarella into slices. Beat the eggs, mix in Vegeta Natur and grated cheese.
  • 2 In a thick-bottomed pan, add clove of garlic to hot oil, and add tomatoes. Briefly fry and remove both tomatoes and garlic. Add in egg mixture.
  • 3 Lay zucchini slices in egg mixture in a single layer, top with mozzarella slices and fried tomatoes. Cook over low heat for several minutes.

Serving

Sprinkle finished frittata with colourful ground pepper and serve with a green salad.
