Fry potatoes in two rounds to ensure better and easier cooking.

Ingredients

600 g medium sized new potatoes
5 slices Podravka bacon (80 g)
4 tablespoons oil
18 g Vegeta Natur for potatoes
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Podravka rustic mustard
Vegeta Maestro black pepper
8 radishes
1 Spanish onion
1 tablespoon chopped chives

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

Simple 4 Persons 50 min

  • 1 Wash and dry potatoes and slice into slices about 2 mm thick.
  • 2 Slice bacon.
  • 3 Fry potatoes in hot oil until golden. Remove potatoes, and fry bacon in the same pan until crispy, add to potatoes.
  • 4 Combine together Vegeta Natur for potatoes, vinegar, mustard and pepper, mix well, and pour over potatoes.
  • 5 Add sliced onions and radishes, and mix well together.
  • 6 Sprinkle salad with chives and leave about 15 minutes.

Serving

Serve salad warm as a stand alone dish, or with fried fish or meat.
