Instead of fresh spinach, you can also use prechopped Podravka frozen spinach.

50 g Podravka bacon
150 g baby spinach
4 eggs
1 tablespoon creamy cheese (like ricotta)
1 teaspoon Vegeta Natur
350 g Zlato Polje spaghetti (or Zlatica noodles)

Preparation For this recipe you only need imagination!

Simple 4 Persons 40 min

  • 1 Cut bacon into cubes.
  • 2 Wash spinach, drain well and chop in blender. Beat eggs, and add cheese, Vegeta Natur and spinach. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water. Drain.
  • 3 Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water. Drain.
  • 4 Fry bacon until crispy in a wide pan. Remove bacon, and in remaining oil add prepared spinach mixture, heat briefly while stirring and then add hot spaghetti (if needed, add a little of the pasta cooking water). Stir well and remove from heat.
